Membership

Membership is monthly with no initiation fee after a minimum commitment of 2 months. Invoices are sent on the first of the month. Automatic payments will be encouraged and may be required. Fees are inclusive and cover all utilities, services, overhead and use of conference area / table on a first come first serve basis.

Membership includes access to the building 24/7 including parking and good wireless services. A choice of workstations, all with power, on the first or second floor. The kitchen is available to all members for daily use, and they are expected to clean up after themselves. Members may not leave items on a workstation overnight, but may use the locked storage closet to leave items. There is no mail or reception service at this time.

Access to the two sound-proof pods and 12-14 person conference table for meetings is on a first come first serve basis. We will consider future scheduling options if needed. Future outdoor seating.

Office Membership

Private offices include all the benefits of membership, plus a private office with glass front walls and locking door. Offices are approximately 10’6” by 10’6” with an “executive desk”, box and file drawers, shelves, guest seat. Each has power and a dedicated data port. Phone and VoIP phone line upon request. Offices are all new furniture, carpet and finishes.
